Have you ever experienced a strong snack craving while you are at work? An urge that is so strong that it made you leave your desk before the break in order to visit the nearest vending machine?

If the answer to this question is yes then you are not alone.

This is something that is happening to thousands of people around the globe.

What is interesting is that the work itself leads to these situations.

The increased stress that we all feel at work and that manifests through breathing problems or/and a constant feeling of tension can make you start thinking about a muffin or a bag of chips.

But, the truth is that once you eat these unhealthy snacks you will feel the same.

As a matter of fact, you will feel bad because you ate such foods and you will experience more cravings after a short period.

People, who want to avoid situations like these, can use this healthy snack while they are at work. This snack will help you overcome the sweet cravings without feeling guilty once you are finished eating.

It is very simple to prepare this snack because I consist of only two ingredients.

Baked Apple Chips

Ingredients:

  • Two or three apples,
  • Cinnamon.

Instructions:

First of all, take a very sharp knife because a blunt knife won’t help you. Slice the apples into very thin slices. Preheat your oven to about 220 F. Put the apple slices on two equal baking sheets and make sure that there is equal distance between each apple slice.

Use as much cinnamon as you want on top of the slices. Put the snack in the oven and bake it for about one hour. After that, simply turn the slices and bake them for additional 60 minutes.

Store them properly and take them to your office.
