Are you ready to make a light dessert that is simple to prepare and so tasty that you will surely be proud of your cooking skills once you make it?

If the answer is YES then the Japanese soufflé cheesecake is the best thing for you. In order to prepare it, you will need only three ingredients and the cooking procedure is very simple.

Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

This delicious Japanese Cotton Cheesecake will be ready for serving in about 60 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • Three eggs
  • 4 Oz. (120 g) of unsalted cream cheese – use it at room temperature
  • 4 Oz. (120 g) of white chocolate. Feel free to use dark chocolate because it is healthier.

Instructions:

Take the eggs and separate the yolks and whites. Store the white in the refrigerator and set the oven at 170 degrees.

Put the white chocolate on the steam until it is melted.

After it is cooled down, put the cream cheese.

After a couple of minutes add the yolks and mix everything with a spatula.

Take the egg whites from the refrigerator and whisk for a while in order to get good snow.

Use the plastic spatula to mix the egg snow with the cream cheese and chocolate.

Use a small amount of oil in the baking pan (use one with 6 inches diameter – about 15 centimeters) and pour the mixture.

In order to remove the air in the mixture, lift it and drop it a few times. Make sure to keep the cake unbroken while baking.

Pour some hot water into a large pan and put the mixture in it. Bake for about 15 minutes at 170 degrees, then another 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Once this time has passed, turn off the oven and let the tasty cake rest for about 15 minutes inside the oven.

Remove it from the oven and leave it outside to cool down. Use some powdered sugar on top of it.
