Gallstones are more common medical issue that you may think. Luckily, the Chinese shared the secret method of their removal.

The gallbladder is pear shaped organ and it measures approximately 4 inches. It sits right beneath the liver,on the right side of the stomach.

The main function of the gallbladder is storage of the bile which is a fat, cholesterol and liquid combination. The bile delivers itself in the small intestines where it decomposes the fats from the food. In this way, the blood can easily absorb the nutrients and vitamins.

The following completely natural recipe has provided excellent results in removing the gallstones in many people. It was invented by Dr. Lai Chiu Nan, from China.

This type of stones can cause severe abdominal pain, jaundice or in some cases cancer.

Dr. Nan claims that gallstones do not cause cancer immediately but are some of the issues that can lead to cancer.

His researches have pointed out that the gallstones come prior to cancer.

One of the several symptoms of gallstones is the feeling of heaviness. You feel as you are not able to digest the food. In some more serious cases, you may feel some pain the liver.

For a natural elimination of the gallstones, Dr. Nan suggests the following method:

1. Drink 4 glasses of apple juice, 5 days or 4-5 apples a day. During these days, eat regularly and normally. The apple juice will make the gallstones smoother.

2. On the 6th day, you mustn’t have dinner.

3. The same day, at 6 p.m. put a teaspoon of magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt) in a glass of lukewarm water.

4. Repeat the same method at 8 p.m.

5. At 10 p.m. combine half a cup of squeezed lemon juice and half a cup of olive oil and drink it. The oil will lubricate the stones and will eliminate them from the body.

6. The next morning in your stool you will see green stones.

This method is especially effective and good for people with weak liver, because the gallbladder and the liver are tightly connected.
