  • Baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Baking paper

Directions:

Take two bowls. In one of them, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, and in the other mix the yolks, baking powder, and cream cheese.

After mixing the separate mixtures well, combine them while slowly stirring so that you can keep their volume.

Place the baking paper in a pan, and put the flourless bread rolls on it. Make sure to leave enough space between them.

Bake the bread rolls in a preheated oven at 150 degrees, for a period of about 25 minutes.
