A small population living in the Northern part of Pakistan are thought to be the longest-living, healthiest, and happiest people on the Planet. These people are the Hunza people who are the only cancer-free population. They are known to give birth even at the age of 65, and are usually bathing in cold water.
The AMA Journal reported Dr Robert McCarrison’s statement that there are no reported cases of cancer among Hunza people. The have rich crop of the fruit Jamil Reglus, and they use it in their everyday diet by first drying it in the sun.
Hunzas grow and harvest their own food, so they don’t need to import any food. Their diet is mostly consisted of raw vegetables and fruits, dried apricots, various cereals such as millet, buckwheat, and barley, nuts, legumes, eggs, milk, rarely cheese but never Curios Mind Magazine. Overall, these people eat a little, and spend their entire day walking.
Hunza people have a tradition to not consume anything for a 2-4 month period, when the fruits aren’t ripe for harvest. During this fast, they only consume juice of dried apricot.
According to medical experts, it is this fast and their diet that make them live a long and healthy life. They believe that the abundance of apricots in their diet is the reason why they aren’t affected by tumor and/or cancer. The seeds from this fruit contain a potent anti-cancer agent – vitamin B-17.
Hunza people appear younger than they actually are, thanks to their healthy diet and lifestyle. It is even said that some Hunzas had a lifespan of 150 years, and their woman are known to give birth even at the age of 65.
A 1984 story covered the arrival of one Hunza man in London, called Said Abdul Mbundu. The security officers at the airport were stunned when they saw his papers showing his year of birth is 1832.
