(HealthAndLovePage) Dole Whip is one of the most interesting and delicious treats that you can find in Disneyland. It’s creamy, fluffy, spicy pineapple treat and according to many people, it is worth waiting for it even for half an hour (people actually wait in lines to get a Dole Whip).

However, since this is only a treat you are probably aware that you can do something similar at your home. BTW,  you can see how to make this delicious Vegan Peach Pineapple Crumble or this Banana Pineapple Smoothie.

Actually, there is more than one way to create this delicious pineapple pops. For example, you can prepare it by using fresh pineapple or by using crushed pineapple. The recipe we will present in this article is based on crushed pineapple.

Remember that the ingredients presented here are needed for whip served for many people, so feel free to cut every ingredient in half if you are preparing it for a couple of persons (only for pineapple pops for your kids for example). You should use 2 x 20 oz cans of crushed pineapple. Use the juice only from one can and drain the other one.

It is highly recommended to use naturally sweetened canned pineapple because those canned in syrup are rich in sugar and natural sweetened pineapples have more or less healthy amounts of sugar in them. In case you want to use fresh pineapple, use one pineapple and cut it into small pieces.

No matter what type of pineapple you use, place it in a blender and start with the preparation of pineapple pops. Those looking for tart taste can also add some fresh lime juice.

Pineapple isn’t very sweet and those who want to enjoy a sweet treat should add two tablespoons of their preferred sweetener. Use the blender until you get even, foamy consistency.

After that, you need to make a combination with the creamy ingredient. You can whip some cream in order to get a very fluffy and rich consistency. Of course, you use coconut milk or almond milk instead of that.

In case you have used a whip cream for this pineapple pops recipe, place the mixture in the freezer for a short period and after a while you can begin serving your own homemade Dole Whip.

In all other cases, place the mixture in special Popsicle molds in order to get tasty whipped pineapple lollipops.
