Cinnamon and Honey Weight Loss Drink Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or 1 oz. of some of these vegan substitutes: Agave or Maple syrup).
  • 1 tbsp. of cinnamon.
  • 1 cup (250 ml) pure water.

Preparation:
Add cinnamon to a glass jar and pour it with boiled water. Cover the pot and leave it to cool. When cool, add honey or vegan substitute (do not add them in hot water, because they will lose their nutrients, enzymes, and medicinal properties).

Drink half of the liquid in the morning and the other half – the next day. Do not warm the liquid for the next day.
